Lloyd Lowery is one of the three initial convicts and former fugitives chosen by former U.S. Marshall Ray Zancanelli to help catch other fugitives, using their expertise as criminals to do so.
Biography
Lloyd – a genius with a 210 IQ - graduated high school at 12, college at 16, med school at 20. Lloyd quickly rose in the field of Human Behavior Analysis , becoming a successful psychiatrist and published professor, even earning a tenure. Things often came easy to Lloyd, perhaps too easy – this drove him to a hobby that proved more difficult, gambling, which spiraled out of control and landed him with a lot of debt. To pay this back, Lloyd sold prescriptions to kids, one of whom overdosed. This landed him in prison for a 25 year stretch and he's felt regret over it ever since, but acknowledges it was his fault. Lloyd now loves the fact that he’s out of maximum security prison – he’s ready to flex his human behavior muscle while catching fugitives along with the Breakout Kings.
Use for the Team
He is the official psychiatrist to the team, using his in-depth knowledge of human behaviors and genius intelligences to both analyze the escapee and determine what move he or her might make next. He also applies these abilities for the team as well, where despite annoying them with his over analistic methods, is always open to help anyone through an emotional problem.

- It is revealed that he was apprehended at a casino, despite the fact the police knew full well he was a gambling addict.
- It is finally revealed that he received a 25 year sentence because he gave out prescription medication to kids to cover his massive gambling debt, one of which was a girl who died from an overdose.
- It is implied that Lloyd may have a crush on Jules, the team's technical analyst. This is shown when he tries to provide analytical insight to Jules' anxiety and depression. Although it bothers her slightly, it's the only way he knows how to show interest. He even pushes Jules to "go for it" with a man who she said she had feelings for, but only saw him occasionally (Lloyd thought that she was referring to him, but she really meant Ray). He also gets clearly nervous when someone suggests that she is his girlfriend.
